Samuel Dyer Coriat
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Mr. Dyer Coriat obtained his degree in Business Administration at University of Miami (Florida) with a specialization in Finance and Administration. He has a wide experience in the fishing industry; he initiated his career at Copeinca as Fleet Assistant and held subsequently various positions, including Fleet Manager, Operations Manager and CEO from 2002 to 2011. In 2008, Mr. Dyer was appointed member of the Board of Directors of CAMPOSOL, an agro-industrial company of the Group, a position which allowed him to contribute to the transformation of the company into a leading commercial organization that uses the principles of Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility. Since 2011, he is the Chairman of CAMPOSOL’s Board , as well as CEO of DIC (Dyer Coriat) Group. He was CEO of CAMPOSOL from October 2011 to October 2015. As of 2021, Mr. Dyer Coriat continues to be the Chairman of CAMPOSOL’s Board.

Samuel Dyer Ampudia
CHAIRMAN EMERITUS
He graduated in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional Federico Villareal and studied in the Senior Management International Business Program at Universidad de Piura. He has been founding shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Corporación Pesquera Inca S.A. - COPEINCA, Galvanizadora Peruana S.A. GALPESA, Aceros y Techos S.A. - ACETESA, Consorcio Latinoamericano S.A., and Ferretería Dyer S.A. - FEDYSA, as well as President of the Peruvian Family Business Association (AEF, in Spanish). He is Chairman of the Board of Directors at Reforestadora Inca S.A. - REFINCA, President of Pro Ucayali Group, and President of DIC (Dyer Coriat) Group, one of the most successful and emerging family groups in Peru, which has diversified investments in agroindustry, aquaculture, reforestation in the Amazon rainforest, real estate, and housing construction, among others.

Piero Dyer Coriat
DIRECTOR
Mr. Dyer Coriat obtained his Master in Business Administration and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miami (Florida). He worked as technical and financial analyst for the new business division at D&C Group. He was General Manager at Apurimac Ferrum, an iron exploration project. He has been member of Copeinca ASA’s Board of Directors, as well as CFO, Research and Development manager and Chief Strategy Officer at CAMPOSOL. He is currently member of the CAMPOSOL’s Board of Directors.

Jackeline Dyer Coriat
DIRECTOR
Mrs. Dyer obtained her Bachelor's in Civil Engineering at the University of Miami in Florida and a masters in Business Administration from the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. In 2020, she received a Corporate Governance certificate from Kellogg University. She has been a member of the board of Grupo DC, involved in the long-term strategy and future vision of the group since her appointment in 2017.

William Dyer Osorio
DIRECTOR
Mr. Dyer Osorio has a degree in International Business Administration from the International University of Florida (Miami), with a specialization in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Thunderbird University, Arizona, and Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico). He has broad experience in the Peruvian fishing industry, and began his career at Copeinca as Plant Assistant and held different positions, including Warehouse Assistant, Procurement Assistant, Finance Assistant, Logistics Manager, and Raw Material Procurement Superintendent from 2002 to 2010. He currently serves as General Manager of Octopus Holding S.A.C. and Inka Comfort Hoteles del Peru SAC. Mr. Dyer is also member of the Board of Directors and shareholder of Aceros y Techos S.A., Galvanizadora Peruana S.A., and Octagon Holding S.A.C, companies from Duferco Swiss Group.

Piero Ghezzi Solis
DIRECTOR
Mr. Ghezzi is an international consultant on productive development issues with expertise in economics. He is founding partner of HacerPeru.pe, a non-profit focused on promoting the dissemination and discussion of public policies affecting [Peruvian growth and development] (www.hacerperu.pe). He is also a founding partner and CEO of GPD, an asset manager specialized in private credit to medium-sized firms. Mr. Ghezzi was until July 2016, the Minister of Production of Perú, a position he held since February 2014. At the Ministry, he launched the National Plan for Productive Diversification and created Mesas Ejecutivas, a novel methodology that utilizes private-public cooperation to solve coordination problems and implement productive development policies. Prior to being Minister, Mr. Ghezzi was a Managing Director and Head of Global Economics, Emerging Markets and FX Research at Barclays based in London. He joined Barclays in 2007 as Head of Emerging Markets Research. Mr. Ghezzi was also Managing Director and Co-Head of Emerging Markets Strategy and Head of Latin America Research at Deutsche Bank and taught at the economics department of Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Ghezzi received a PhD in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley, and an Advanced Studies Certificate (ASC) in International Economics Policy from the Kiel Institute of World Economics in Germany. He is the author of the books “Productive Diversification in Peru: Progress and Challenges,” “Qué se puede hacer con el Perú” (coauthored with José Gallardo, 2013) and “El Estado Productivo” (2021).

Gonzalo Echeandía Bustamante
DIRECTOR
Mr. Echeandia obtained his degree in business administration at Universidad del Pacifico (Peru), as well as a post graduate degree in Accounting and Finance at ESAN University (Peru) and an MBA from IESE/Piura University (Peru). He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, for Banco Santander Peru (2022-2024), Chairman of the Board for the Peruvian University of Sciences (UPC), and as Independent Board member in other companies. He worked for 30 years as an Executive for Grupo Santander, both in Peru and Spain and was the CEO & Country Head in Peru during 15 years (2007-2021). He has over 40 years of professional experience in Executive and Board positions with multinational companies. He also served as Regional Director for Latin America – Corporate Communications and was a member of the EXCO for the Latín America Division. He served as Chairman of Universia (2007 -2021), President of SANTANDER CONSUMERPERU (2012-2018), and Vice Chairman of Banco Santander Peru (2008-2021). He has been a member of the Board of Directors of AFP Unión Vida and Santander Fondos Mutuos.
