Ricardo Naranjo Fernández
CEO
Mr. Naranjo holds an Industrial Civil Engineering degree, a Master's in Business Engineering, and a Master of Science in Finance from the esteemed Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile. Additionally, he holds an M.B.A. from Pontificia Universidad Católica in Chile. With over 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Naranjo brings a wealth of expertise in business management. His leadership roles have covered administrative and financial divisions within multinational corporations and diverse business groups, overseeing operations across an array of industries including manufacturing, agro-commerce, logistics, port management, and the salmon farming sector. Notably, before joining Camposol, his strategic initiatives facilitated project development in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, the United States, and Spain, optimizing the capital structure and driving successful outcomes.
Jessica Orsi Ramos
SUPPLY CHAIN & STRATEGIC COMMERCIAL PLANNING DIRECTOR
Ms. Orsi holds an Industrial Engineer degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, an Executive M.B.A. from the Universidad de Piura (PAD), and she is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt by Kraft Foods International. With over 10 years of experience leading supply chain, operations and continuous improvement divisions within manufacturing, ground transportation, and agricultural business sectors in Peru and Costa Rica, Ms. Orsi plays a key role enhancing the growth of our company. During the last 5 years, she has served as Continuous Improvement Manager, Supply Chain Planning Manager and Avocado Business Unit Manager in Camposol.
Javier Mejia Carrión
OPERATIONS MANAGER PERÚ
Mr. Mejia studied Business Administration at the University of Lima and specialized in Finance at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, he holds an MBA from CENTRUM PUCP and the Maastricht School of Management, a General Management Program from PAD of Piura, and a specialization in Agile Methodologies from the Pacific Business School. He has over 15 years of experience in key roles such as General Manager at Shohin, Central Manager of Branches at Trabajos Marítimos, and Business Unit Manager of Ramp and Passengers at Talma Servicios Aeroportuarios S.A. He studied Business Administration at the University of Lima, Finance at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, and holds an MBA from CENTRUM PUCP and Maastricht School of Management.
Federico Maggio Capelli
SENIOR BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER
Mr. Maggio is an Agricultural Engineer graduated from the National University of Cordoba. With a professional career of more than 20 years, he has participated in important agricultural projects in both Argentina and Peru. In Argentina, he has led production and processing operations of fruits, vegetables and agricultural products in companies such as Compañía Industrial Frutihortícola and Agroeste, among others. In Peru, Mr. Maggio has held key roles in renowned companies in the sector, such as Agricultural Operations Manager, Packaging and Frozen Foods Manager, and Research, Development and Innovation Manager at companies such as Carsol JRM and Danper Trujillo. His core skills include technical competencies and leadership of high-performance teams, with an outstanding focus on people and process management. Mr. Maggio is recognized for his vast experience and expertise in berries, including blueberries, strawberries, and cherries. At Camposol, Mr. Maggio will be responsible for the Blueberry, Industrial Operations and Frozen Goods Unit.
Gustavo Miyashiro Tamanaja
BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER PIURA
Mr. Miyashiro is a Fisheries Engineer from the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina with MBAs in Biotechnology from ALITER Business School in Madrid and Executive from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Chile. He has over 15 years of experience in the agro-industrial sector, leading agricultural and industrial operations. In addition to having a global business vision, he is oriented towards team development, resource optimization, and identifying improvement opportunities. As part of his work experience, he has worked at companies such as MEDLOG PIURA S.A.C. and SUNSHINE EXPORT S.A.C.
Sergio Torres Takahashi
SR. VP COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS EUROPE, ASIA & LATAM
With over 24 years of experience in the international produce industry, Mr. Torres is a seasoned executive who has been pivotal to Camposol's unparalleled success. Mr. Torres has played various commercial roles across regions, significantly contributing to Camposol's global expansion by focusing on customer service, culture transformation, and long-term vision. One of his notable achievements is pioneering the first-ever alliance between top avocado producers in Peru and Chile. Camposol's EMEA branch was established under his leadership, earning the 2018 Business of the Year award. The commitment to employee experience led to the Great Place to Work Certification in 2022. Academic credentials include an MBA from IE Business School and diplomas from CENTRUM PUCP, Tulane University, and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Harold Mongrut Días
GENERAL MANAGER USA
Mr. Mongrut holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Lima and a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia University. He has worked previously for Kimberly Clark where he held several positions in Costa Rica and Colombia as well as General Manager for the Ecuador and Peru branches. He has also served as General Manager for Unilever Peru. Mr. Mongrut has more than 20 years of experience in managing consumer goods and operations in different countries. He is a former consultant at Effectus Fishman Consultores.
