Barbecued Lamb Brochettes with Avocado
- Lamb loin or leg (cut in dices of the size you want)
- Soy sauce
- Red pepper (optional)
- Ajinomoto seasoner
- Chinese cinnamon
- Minced garlic
- Oil (olive, optional)
- “Hass” avocado
- Finely chopped vegetables (optional)
Marinate the lamb with salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon, garlic, Ajinomoto seasoner and soy sauce for 12 hours. Place on the grill.
Peel and slice the avocado. Add salt, pepper and oil and put them on the grill with the lamb. Accompany with the brochettes and finely chopped vegetables, if you wish.
Tips: Peel and cut the avocado only before placing it on the grill.
