Instructions
1. In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, red cabbage, cooked chicken, mandarin ranges, crushed ramen noodles, carrot, green onions, and sliced almonds.
2.Make dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together rice wine vinegar, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, and ginger. Slowly drizzle in vegetable oil, whisking constantly until emulsified.
3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately.
