CAMPOSOL PERU – CAMPOSOL RECEIVES THE “ANTONIO BRACK EGG” NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL AWARD ONCE AGAIN FOR ITS INNOVATION IN SUSTAINABLE BIOSTIMULANTS

Posted On: December 16, 2025

CAMPOSOL has once again been recognized with the “Antonio Brack Egg” National Environmental Award, the highest distinction granted by the Peruvian State through the Ministry of the Environment to exemplary initiatives in environmental protection and sustainability. In this edition, the company received the award in the Environmental Research and Innovation category.

This new recognition reaffirms CAMPOSOL’s commitment to innovation, the circular economy, and the development of more sustainable agriculture. The awarded project focuses on the development of Vitalest, a biostimulant made from mango seed kernels, designed to optimize crop nutrition, reduce reliance on synthetic chemical inputs, and improve soil health. This innovative solution transforms an agro-industrial byproduct into a high-value input, promoting a cleaner and more efficient production model.

Vitalest addresses two key environmental challenges: the management of agro-industrial waste and the high dependence on synthetic agrochemicals. Its application in blueberry crops has shown significant results, with increases of 28% in root density and 35% in fine root length, leading to improved water and nutrient absorption, stronger plant vigor, and higher-quality fruit.

The project has been developed progressively since 2022, advancing through research phases, laboratory and greenhouse trials, and validation in commercial fields. It is currently in the scaling phase, consolidating its technical and economic viability as a sustainable alternative for the agriculture of the future.

This recognition reinforces our commitment to working the land with innovation and responsibility, transforming environmental challenges into opportunities to improve lives.
