CAMPOSOL wins “The Good Labor Practices 2017 Award” in the promotion and respect for freedom of association category
Posted On: December 15, 2017CAMPOSOL, a leading agro-industrial company in the country, obtained the first prize in the latest edition of the Award for Good Labor Practices 2017 granted by the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) to companies committed to the defense, respect, and promotion of the fundamental rights of workers.
CAMPOSOL received the award in recognition of its achievements in, and its commitment with, occupational social responsibility, by exceeding the mere compliance with legal standards and further promoting the growth of a culture of peace between the workers and their employers.
The first prize in the Promotion and Respect for Freedom of Association was awarded to CAMPOSOL particularly in recognition of its good labor practice “CAMPOSOL Social Dialogue Model,” which contemplates the cultivation of skills to facilitate the understanding and resolution of disputes between unions and companies in a direct, efficient, and sustainable manner, being oriented by a business model which considers unions as strategic partners in a win-win relationship that directly benefits workers, the company, and society as a whole.
