CSOLPERU – CAMPOSOL PERU WON ABE AWARD 2023
Posted On: September 29, 2023We are very proud to share with you this great news: CAMPOSOL PERU won the ABE Award 2023 in the “Recognition Programs” category.
This important distinction is organized by the Association of Good Employers (ABE) and AMCHAM, which rewards the most notable contributions of good labor practices, taking into consideration respect for workers, innovation of practice and impact on both the company and society.
We were recognized for our “Mother Earth” recognition program, which reaches all CAMPOSOL PERU workers and is developed in the company through the categories “Fruit of My Effort” and “Cultivating Improvements”.
On behalf of the company, our Culture and Organizational Development Manager, Liz Díaz, received the award, commenting: “We are very happy for this recognition. At CAMPOSOL we have more than 13,000 permanent workers and in high season we exceed 20,000; reaching all of them is part of fulfilling our purpose: WE FARM THE LAND TO IMPROVE LIVES. This award is an incentive and commitment to continue working on it,” he said.
