CSOLPERU – We climbed 13 positions in the Merco Talento PERU 2025 ranking and achieved 2nd place in the agroindustrial sector
Posted On: June 12, 2025Merco has released the results of its Merco Talento Perú 2025 ranking — a comprehensive evaluation of talent management in the country. This edition included over 37,000 surveys to analyze how companies attract, develop, and retain their employees, incorporating 24 variables and 12 sources of information.
We are proud to share that CAMPOSOL climbed 13 positions in the general ranking, reflecting our sustained efforts to build a culture of respect, growth, and human-centered leadership.
