The Proactivo Awards 2019 give Camposol a recognition
Posted On: August 27, 2019Camposol’s Social Dialogue Model project came second in the ProActivo Awards 2019 in the Institutions related to the mining and energy sector category. The objective of the ProActivo Awards is to transmit multisectoral projects that contribute to creating well-being for the population through sustainable development.
Camposol’s Social Dialogue Model considers the development of skills that make the understanding and resolution of disputes between the company and the labor unions easier in a direct, efficient and sustainable manner, so that a relationship that benefits the collaborators, the company and the society as a whole is created.
